    Is $500 the bin, or the starting bid? It's a bit steep either way, as the site only makes $5 a month. 100x revenue doesn't really happen for these kinds of sites. Plus, it's not like it's under-monetized... these sites just don't convert traffic that well. Let me know if you want to come down A LOT on the starting bid.

    Lowering Bid to 400.00 and you can Buy it now at that price. Thats as low as I am going to offer till Friday. I will sell it at 400.00. I will not sell it lower if I have to hold on to it for a couple more months to build page rank and revenue numbers I will. This is a site is tripling traffic each month and has massive potential and its only 3 months old. Not to mention its a premium domain and everything to offer script wise. The domain is 3 years paid for it already.
