Strange rendering issue with IE7

Okay now that IE7 has been released for real (e.g. not in beta). I thought I'd better install it and take a look at what damage it has inflicted on my site. All looks fairly good except for one page that is screwed up near the bottom.

The page in question is http://environmentalchemistry.com/yogi/periodic/ and it seems that IE7 is having a problem keeping the footer in the proper place.

The page in question (as with all pages on said site) validates to W3C HTML 4.01 Strict and CSS specifications and works correctly in IE6, Firefox, Opera and to the best of my knowledge Safari. Also all browsers are fed the same code.

If anyone could see a solution or help confirm what is causing IE7 to puke on this page such that proper bug details could be provided to the IE development team I'd be most appreciative.

Please note the code for the page in question isn't the easiest code in the world to descramble as there is a lot going on.
