Banner Design Needed

I need someone to occasionally design me a banner ad fairly cheap. Nothing fancy, just a few graphics and some text. The problem is, whenever I make one it looks like crap. So, PM me a rough price for a banner ad and I will occasionally have some work for you.

Those are used by others. They are samples provided by the designers I work with.

 

I mean ... If I hired you to do a logo for me..would it be twelve dollars and I get the full rights to the design..that the design I order is only used by me?

I ask..because I need logos from time to time..and it would be less expense to have you make them..then to do it myself..if they are custom pieces and I get right too.
