How can you fund your PayPal account from your bank?
This facility is for US only.
So, just be happy with a verified PP.

Indian Paypal users can not fund their paypal directly from their bank account, but you can surely meet your paypal payment obligation using your credit card, which in turn can be easily credited by your bank account funds! :)

As you have already verified your paypal account using your CC, whenever you pay someone and there is not enough funds in your paypal account money deduct from your CC attached with your pp account.

As already suggested above, the process of paying through CC is fairly automatic and it gets completed using general paying procedure as well! :)

Yep, those above said is the way,

Or you may ask some paypal a/c holder to fund/loan your account,

Or may exchange with another currency (hard/e)

Or you can get paid by some affiliate earnings,

so that ur pp will be funded.

You just send money to someone else having paypal account and if your paypal has not sufficient balance to cover that then money automatically deduct from your CC.

That is what other people are trying to say to you.
One your Paypal don't have enough funds, it will AUTOMATICALLY deduct money from your Credit Card.
