Contest $20 contest, multiple winners

Before I continue, I would like to say, check my iTrader, I have held contests in the past and have payed all winners.

Now, I'm looking to get some t-shirts going for my site RealCollegeBasketball [dot] com. This contest is to design them, and all winners will receive $20.

In all honesty, I'm not completely sure what I want, but as I see the designs come in, I can give proper feedback. It cannot be team oriented, meaning relating to any team in particular, but must be a cool looking shirt and relate to basketball. Please put designs on a shirt, so I can see what it will look like, and if you win, I will ask for the file on the shirt, a png file of it (should be scalable, min height 1000, min width 1000). Please do not use the logo of the site, but rather create your own for the shirt design that looks cool and bold. This shirt will be used to advertise my site, so the domain name should be placed on it somewhere and the text 'RCB' can also be used (as those are the initials of the site). Remember who you are designing this for also, these are for college basketball fans, mostly males aged 18-28. Feedback will be given on all.

I made a Shirt that i would wear.
Being 18 and knowing my fashion, Black/Grey on white shirts are in now and can be easily worn with many different things.
This shirt can be worn casually out which im sure you want your clients/users of the clothing to do right? More advertisement!!

Thanks for submissions so far, unfortunately, none really standout to me.

@DacianPrince - I know I said I don't really know what I wanted but that is way to generic. RealCollegeBasketball.com should standout more, but I'm not a fan of the overall style of it.
@esowbee - Best one so far, but still not great. I like the colors used and morphing the player in with the ball, but I don't really like the badge look of it.
@kolgames - Sorry, but that is really not what I'm looking for at all in a design.

May sound harsh, but I see potential in some of them, just not liking the styles. Looking forward to seeing more entries.

@sparky_spk - Wayyy too plain. Even I could make something that simple.
@MiNdfr34k - I've seen your designs in the past and love the patterns you do, but I'm not really feeling the style that you put this in. Looks too much like fall colors, and I think I'd prefer RealCollegeBasketball.com over RCB.
@otakatun - Overall, very nice. I see the nice attempts in the first and third one, but the one I'm interested in is the middle one. Great job on bring the ball 'to life'! Just a few thoughts on this one:

*I'd like to see it on a bigger sized shirt.
*Text change to 'WHO'S THE BOSS?' (adding a 's after who). Perhaps change the size of this text to a little bigger as well.
*The text for RealCollegeBasketball.com overall is not bad. I'd like to see on your next post, one with the same text as it is now, then maybe one or two additional submissions with a little different style for that text.

Overall, middle one looks great though!
