I tried Bidvertiser couple years back, it was okay but the only thing is that Bidvertiser doesn't have enough Advertisers, CPC is not too bad. You can try it out I guess. Best CPCs are probably Adsense though, work on your placements, quality content, traffic. I will have a new Adsense HeatMap for optimized placements soon so watch out for that.
