    I just uploaded this site today.. so no earnings and stats yet.

    You do not need to update this site at all. The homepage will be updated daily with Search Engine news powered by Google. The SEO articles and discussion sections also display updated information. Therefore, there is no need to pay much attention unless you want to include further unique content to the site.
