I run my own adsense forum and today my forum was spammed by http://cubicdesign.tk/ - BUY THIS AND YOU ARE INSANE!!! As a seasoned adsense professional I was incensed by what I saw. Mr moderator this is not an affiliate link it is a warning to others new to adsense, do not buy or use this software, if you do you WILL lose your adsense account. And to cap it all the dumb smuck is running adsense on parts of the website! (Although I think not for much longer...)
Most folks fail to realise when they sign up to the Google TOC's they are signing upto a legally binding agreement, this means if you break it they can sue you, so what I hear people cry, they are in the USA and I'm in the UK so what can they do - one word "Extradition!" (If you use this software they will come after you HARD!)
    Grrr

I don't think you should put links to this kind of products in threads. The only thing you will do is give them free advertising and link juice. If your post count would be smaller, I would be certain that your intention is to promote the product.

But the second part of your post I liked. I think the fact that getting banned is NOT the worst that can happen should be talked about a lot more than it currently is. Of course nobody is going to sue you (and in some cases not even ban you) over a few thousand dollars but if the amounts are larger and especially if Adsense has already paid you for fraudulent clicks then it's very reasonable to expect a lawsuit. They are a huge corporation and having their own lawyers on their payroll they have no problem what so ever suing people who defraud them.

No ads there when I looked at the site :) And people would have to be seriously stupid to use this software.

Aren't UK and other EU Adsense accounts now contracting with Google Ireland rather than Google Inc. (USA)? That's a lot closer to home!

As I said no affiliate link. And if you check my forum sig then you would see that I am into adsense big time as I also run my own forum on it as well as contributing here! Before that I was a moderator on adsensechat (3,000 posts) before the spam became so great me and the other mods gave up. I was just incensed at such a blatant post that could get anyone using this software banned in an instant and as we all start out somewhere, i did not anyone starting out with adsense to buy this rubbish and then get banned. The adsense might not be showing up after someone reported them earlier today..can't imagine who that could have been.... (Got a Gold Star back from Google for that one! - Think the big G might be contacting their ISP at this very moment).
    Thanks from

What a horrible website! It is probably being run by a desperate business owner or homeless man.

.tk is a free domain, anyone who would pay money to someone on a tk website is crazy anyway.

I wonder how many people have tried this while also employing Google Analytics on their site....HA!

Ripping them off on one hand, and telling them what you're doing with the other.
