    thanks Saadahmed ..

    it was purely because of jim westergren's blog post about pr thing.
    and i never saw such big list of ips so i wrote it for friends who are all the time interested in pr chages .

    i personally take very less interest in pr though exploring 700+ ip during writing of this tool was really fun and i saw how much variablity different dcs can show. :)
