    I need fast money this is the reason I decided to sell this site... The site content are unique.

    The site is averaging 40,000+ unique per month and it continuously growing. I promoted very well this site, all you have to do is update at least once a week. And if you have at least 30 minutes per day to put some back link it will help to gain more...

    Currently the site is averaging $200+ earning from adsense, you can monetized the site to other affiliate programs.

    I accidentally upload a robots.txt that blocking all robots except google bot, yahoo, and msn, it's been late when I noticed the problem...

    Could you explain the relationship between this site, and http://sampleproposal.net ?

    Both sites were created on the same day, and contain duplicate content right?
    Do you own both sites, and are there more sites that contain the same content?

    Yes I own this two sites, they are in the same concept, but I don't remember posting the same content to the two sites. If there is I am sure that is isolated cased only.

    What I remember that accidentally posted to the site is the letter about transmittal letter

    But I am willing to remove all those duplicate entry you found to both sites.

    The other sites you mentioned, I am not sure if they copied the content of my sites, I don't have control on that.
