Website receiving 500 unique visitors / day from google search!

Im selling my website that has almost 2500 members and it receives almost 500 unique visitors per day from search engines only!

M****.com is the website (PM for complete URL)

It was making a good amount of money with google adsense.

It is being sold for 1000 EUR dollars on SEDO , but i need money to make a big investment a decided to sell for only 400 EUR (negotiable).

You probably wanted to know about the revenue...and it was solid and clear as an average of $450 per month (around $15 per day), only with advertising.

An average of 10K (10 thousand NEW UNIQUE VISITORS per month), most from GOOGLE. This is what is called genuine and organic traffic.

I'm here selling my only and huge community: *****.com (20 is the highest school grade/mark; Meu means "my"; so it means my 20!)

It is a Portuguese and Brazilian community dedicated to all latin students, created almost 3 years ago. Around 95% of traffic comes from Search Engines, specially Google. It has the most important kewywords listed in top 10 places in google seach. Example,the word"duvidas" means "doubts/questions" is in 3st place in google. Words"duvidas online" means "online doubts/questions" is on 1st place. Other keywords like "regra ruffini" means "ruffini rule" is listed in 2nd place! Well, the statistics talk for themselves.

Well this website has been my "baby" for the last 2/3 couple of years...But there are more urgent issues.

Its a PR2 (and growing), with more than 1,5K backlinks (much more than that, the website where i got the info is not updated), and..Listed in GOOGLE directory and listed in DMOZ directory!
