SBI Yuva card - 4 Digit code?

    I linked my SBI visa yuva card to my Paypal today and paypal immediately charged $1.95 USD and asked me to enter the 4-digit PayPal code from the card statement.
    I can see the 92 INR charged on the statement but I'm not able to find the 4-digit code.

    Where can I find the 4-digit code?

    No, it won't come in Monthly statement.
    And there is not statement for Debit cards !

    To get the Expuse OP needs to contact branch manager or that SBI guy.
