Well, I wanted to make the payment and the form was asking me to "add a debit or credit card to your PayPal account.". I have enough money in my PP account and want to use it. For some personal reasons, I can't add my credit card information. If you want me to pay you through PayPal normally without going through that length, then it's a deal.
That's a PayPal restriction I cannot control, they require you to have a card or bank account registered with your PayPal account before they will let you subscribe for services. You will be able to place your keywords in either the name/website fields or in the comment itself. Correct. We provide you with the blog post which has PR and accepts dofollow links in the comments section, you then go and post your comment with your link.
