FTP folder error - the operation timed out

hi,

I am stacked with a problem and can't seem to break through.

Maybe you have a simple answer for that one.

When I drag or copy paste my feed on the FTP window I get a windows error message saying:

FTP folder error

an error occured copying the file to the FTP server. Make sure you have permission to put files on the server

Details - the operation timed out

******************************

It worked one time and everything seems okay with my account as I alreday have my store listed

Any idea how to solve this?

Wait a day and try again. Froogle has been known to do this quite often.
