    Most search engines other than some like google, bing, yahoo etc will never find you if you do not submit to them. The traffic they send will not be huge but anything counts.

    I think you may have more success with directory submission services. There are plenty of free services for search engine submission.

    There is a limit in those cases. Most free submissions are limited to 10-20 search engines. Even from those most automated queries fail
