this all leads to about $80 a month (i am taking minimum )

you can earn more if you can generate more traffic as i have not touched it since 7 months

You're trying to get an estimated 2 years profit from the sale? I rarely do more than 10 months.

And for a site that's daily average revenue is less this month than last month, how do I know that the revenue stream is solid? Generally I like my investments to be increasing, not decreasing. If it's the 13th and it's only made $20 this month, that's not $2 per day.

well i welcome all questions first thing -- i am a legal person and i am not telling any bit of lie, so i take question one by one.

Traffic -- My site consists just about 50 - 100 visitors a day ..though it was more to about 120 a day but due to some problem with my template this site was not reachable for visitors so it shows very low stats.(And yes the problem is solved now)

Income from increasing to decreasing : First thing i haven't done more on this site really saying this site is totally niche built and again due to that template problem it was closed for about 5 -6 days so obviously it effects income a lot..Roadies i liked your question it is obvious to hope for better investment but you think i am not in a hurry to sell it then i can wait for 10 months and get my regular income instead of selling and doing all the hard work.i am just looking for serious buyer...


You can see at my attachment that even today i have earned more than $2 with only 14 viewers that means site contains huge earning potential
