Paid $40 for package 2 on Nov 13th - Got a reply he would start my order within 15 minutes. After sending numerous emails and PM's without getting response I decided to file a Paypal dispute which turned out in his favor because it's an electronic product. He then finally PM'd me on Dec 2nd asking for information as to where to send the report to which I immediately responded to and have yet to find out whether I also was scammed as so many here on DP.
