Selling Bed sheets niche with income

    First off, it's not about the site design, at the end of the day it's about the income...

    - PR 1
    - Ranks inside top 10 for the keyword "Toddler Bed Sheets", will definitely earn more if it sits on the very top.
    - Strategic adsense placement
    - Registrar: 1and1 (I will pay the transfer fees)
    - How I come up with BIN and reserve price:
    Month 1 income: $16.89 (was inside top 5 half the time)
    Month 2 income: $8.9 (inside top 10)
    ($16.89 + $8.9) divided by 2 to get the average = $13

    Reserve price is only x10 or $130
    BIN price is x12 or $155

    Reasonable?

    I could wait for another month or two for it to get inside top 5 again and generate something near $20 or more a month but the reserve and BIN price will be higher wouldn't it?

    Whether it's my risk or yours, there is income to begin with.
