Selling Tutorial Website for Sale over 80 Tutorials

    Hi,

Ok willing to sell my tutorial site listed above, the site has over 80 tutorials, think rougly 100 tutorials, i created over 90% of the tutorials myself in the last 4 months, the other 10% i bought here on digitalpoint, most of these are the photoshop tutorials.

Why pagerank low - have spent all my time creating tutorials(which as you could imagine takes time).

Why revenue low - no advertising done, just adsense, adsense has only been added about 2 months and i got 25$

Why start at $500 - need to recover some costs, hosting is dedicated ip (VPS - $10 a month, unmanaged and i set it up), had to buy tutorials here, average price was $10 each).

This site has excellent potential and with the right experience you could easily increase traffic and pr.

site already ranks well for some keywords, online web tutorials, beginner web tutorials, and tons of the tutorials have high keyword ranking.

I would ask people not to highjack the thread and add silly comments. I have sold my previous video tutorial site to valhalla (who by the way is an excellent digitalpoint user) so you can check that thread if you question my authenticity.

I have uploaded screenshots of traffic etc.

    Hi,

yes as i was saying above i created over 90% of the tutorials, except for some of the photoshop tutorials which i bought here on DP last year, when i bought each tutorial each person said they where unique (these are mostly the photoshop tutorials).

I have spent the past 4 months writing these tutorials, a lot of effort believe me. As mentioned above i have set reserve of $500, however i will let this go and see what happens.

I am going to add site to flippa today.

    Kind Regards
    Fergal.

    Hi Fergal,

Why did you reject the 3 bids?

    Cheers,

And also @ Silver89: what would be a 'logical' bid-offerprices, BIN according the monthly revenue?

    Hi All,

as i asked please dont go off on a tangent here, if you dont want to buy the site then don't. On DP you can pay $10 to $50 for quality tutorials. I have over 90 tutorials.

If i can't get what i think is a fair price, i will keep the site, spend more time marketing it and i will make a go of it.

As i said revenue is low, why because no marketing done. When i look at some of the sites for sale here, i say oh my god, they have no proper content etc and what are you buying in the long run.

Offers of $20 are not going to be accepted, you see their is a reserve price set above. Just for the fun of it i thought i would use the bidding system, but if you ask me it leaves you open, where people do not read the thread.

So i ask again if your not interested please dont hijack the thread, please understand as this creates a negative undertone to what is a good site.

    Kindest Regards
    Fergal.
