All domains are registered at Godaddy, and expire on November 2010 - so you don't have to renew any of them for 1 whole year! The proxies are currently hosted on http://www.techentrance.com 's Plan Z which costs me $37.48 per month (I used a 50% discount coupon code). The sites have to be moved to your own hosting account as I cannot transfer my hosting account over to you.

3. Mailing List
You will be getting ownership of http://groups.google.com/group/proxysitelist which currently has 380 members.

4. As a bonus, I am also giving you a facebook application which you can view here. It is a simple facebook application I created that promotes the listings on the http://www.proxysitelist.info site. The application currently has 108 users, 24 monthly active users and 23 application fans.
