Hi this is what i use its easy to install in Frontpage find the doc you want to print and install this code ------------------------------------- </td> <td align="right" width="100%" class="buttonheading"> <a href="javascript:void window.open('yourlink.com', 'win2', 'status=no,toolbar=no,scrollbars=yes,titlebar=no,menubar=no,resizable=yes,width=640,height=480,directories=no,location=no');" title="Print"> <img src="yourlink.com/image/printButton.png" alt="Print" align="middle" name="image" border="0" width="16" height="16" /> </a> </td> ----------------------------------------- Where it says yourlink.com replace with yours and also where the image of the printer icon is replace to src= It should work copy from </td> to </td> in red Hope this helps
With more and more running Internet Security on IE in the high zone, javascript bells and whistles may not be the way to go if you can find an alternate way of doing. I am in process of redoing javascript menus to avoid this problem. At least if you use it might be good idea to put note browser must have java enabled to work. Shannon
I think i may have not explained myself properly or just did it stupidly... I have built a simple text based web page and i want to put in the javascript or whatever code into the hyperlink (add hyperlink) of frontpage. I know i have done it before and it worked but now it doesnt unless i have to upload it first. If i put `PRINT THIS PAGE` somewhere on the web page then i would hyperlink that text and in the url window i would paste JavaScriptrintWindow() Cannot remember if i have to put somehting into the HEAD of the code........ Funny how we forget the simple things...........hmm where is my fridge Thanks again Salamander
Yep that looks like the one Will try it out soon, if my house ends up in print i shall be coming back to you Cheers Salamander
