Selling Travel Site Over 1 Yr Old

    I really hate to do this, but we're having a baby tomorrow (...scheduled c-section - so I won't be able to work much for at least a few days) and we have bills to pay. I have a travel blog that is 1 yr 4 months old, it's PR1 and gets daily traffic. It does earn with Adsense, although I haven't optimized it much - it could earn much more. For a while it was earning about $10/month then I took Adsense off, trying other things. I just started playing with it again and did one change to optimize it a touch (don't have time to work on it much) and it earned $12 last month and over $4 so far this month.

    Traffic is about 30-50 per day - from Google, Yahoo, and Google images for the most part.

    It has quite a bit of content, too. Asking price $150

    Can you post the domain name here for us to look at.

    Is all the content on the site unique and exclusive?

    Is $150 the only price you will consider or can we start a bidding process for less?

    Is there anything has to be blacked out from adsense/analytics screenshots? I don't have the means to do that right now, but if someone is very interested, I may be able to have someone do it for me (someone I know).
