Which Linking is much better ?

second one is better .It is because all sites are linking to your site. It is not cloud of links and not making link
farms .But on the other hand is looks like a link farm

Neither, to be honest. For a link wheel to be effective, you need sites in each spoke to be on different sites.

From what you've depicted, you'll get only 1 backlink from blogspot, and 1 backlinks from wordpress. Since all of these sites are on only 2 root domains, that's all you'll get.

Try some other sites, like weebly, and squidoo.

Also, there's no reason at all to have your spokes link to each other. In fact, it can be detrimental, as it gives Google a way to decipher what you are doing. Instead of a 'wheel', create more of a 'star' or 'snowflake'.

Finally, none of this will help at all unless you build quality links to each of your satellite sites. You need to gain backlinks from quality, relevant sites wiht good PR, not ust from each other.

i would not go for either of them. you may get temporary benefit but in the long run google will figure out the corelation and might end up penalyzing the entire link farm.
