Review of ads on a webmaster website

Website: www.webmasterintentions.com

Hi everyone, I am working on one of my new sites that I am excited about. I have created a site with ths domain name before but it has been over a year and traffic died out. I restarted the domain and figured I would make something out of it. The website is www.webmasterintentions.com

So far, I started working on the website last week and is already gaining traffic and i have 41 impressions and 1 click in less than 7 days with no advertising.

Are my ads in good positioning or do I need to customize and remove or fix ads?

Thank you very much,
Cameron

tntbase is on a distinguished road
Instead of the wide-skyscraper on the right, I would use a 300 x 250.
