Need help to populate a directory; copy/paste from old pages

Hi,

In a process to upgare my directory to PHPLD and host change, I lost data of one of my directory. What is now left with me is the html pages of old directory.

I am looking for someone to populate one of my directory, here is what I expect:

• Copy content (Title, URL, and description) from old pages and paste in the PHPLD using new link (using admin/editor panel)
• Directory has 12 main categories and 76 categories in total
• Approx 340 Links needs to be inserted using old data
• Validate the links, if not valid, mark the link as inactive

I will provide the editor login id for new directory and the old content pages in html format.

is this just copy and past or i have to submit link and approve it?, if it need manual submitting and app links then it costs huge,as it is same as 340 manual link submission and approvel, still i can offer very cheap, plz pm me with more details

As you can see, three data point needs to be copy/pasted... then select appropriate category and hit save.
