I just received my report for my link wheel after a long overdue wait. The OP sent me an email a few days ago explaining that there would be some delays in service, so I got a little skeptical about things. I waited patiently though, and the OP did come through. Surprisingly, the OP did more than I expected. I paid $25 bucks for 7 interlinked properties and instead got 12. Not only that, but I've already captured 4 of the 10 spots on Google for my main keyword! I'm really pleased with the result and expect things to just get better from here. A little late to review here. My report came last night, and I was one of the orders that was delayed too. He did complete the order as originally stated but gave me 5 additional link wheel properties as well.

I have only 3 of my web 2.0 properties showing for my keyword on page 1 but that's a good start. My traffic has increased a little bit, and I will be watching closely for more changes.
