Rules Social Bookmarking in Link Wheel...Allowed?

    I heard Social Bookmarking is not allowed. Is it not even allowed in this mixed service...if so can I tell 1 more service...contact in PM for that?

    social bookmarking services aren't allowed.
    you cannot combine it with other offers.
    you cannot sugar coat it and call it something else.
