This is a very nice blog updated regularly. I often visited this blog before, and It was well visited. The alexa ranking is very important when you are selling private ad space for advertisers. Are you also including everything within the site like the thesis theme, the oiopublisher license etc? If so, I guess it's really worth the price. I would even rise it to $3000 if you sell the site including everything.
