Looking for Overseas Domain Hosting company with Privacy

    I am looking for a REPUTABLE only domain hosting company, that has privacy and is economical (not 25 per transfer)

    I am looking for something in singapore, central/south america or mayalsia or something. I am looking to only deal with a company that allows me to reattain 100% ownership of the domains, and allows me to point the name servers to another hosting company.
