Ever wanted to be on mashable, searchenginejournal or autoblogs like techcrunch. Well, I don't think they are recruiting.

So, what can we do?

I say lets start ours. Here is the plan:

# About 10 of us bloggers form a team.
# Get a domain and host it.
# Write on it regularly.
# SEO it and promote it.
# Earn from EQUAL revenue sharing (Everyone will do equal work like a good family)

How can it benefit you?

# No investment needed. (I give domain and hosting)
# Equal share of revenue (Adsense, Affiliate, Clickbank)
# Less workload
# Links to your site from Blogroll
# With regular content from 10 authors it will surely be a success

RULES

# Preferably with Adsense account.
# At least decent in English (Members from any countries are welcome)
# You must write well and have knowledge in Tech, SEO, Computers field
# This has to be one of your main priorities (It will pay back when we become big)
# No dupe content
# Contents must follow Adsense TOS
# Everyone will have equal workload
# Ads given by members must continue to run even if someone leaves including me.
# Equal revenue sharing
# Everyone will be given a editor or author account (negotiable)

I have not yet decided o how to share revenue. We can either do it by assigning 10% impressions to each of us or giving own ads in own posts. I prefer the 1st method.

Sounds good and I am interested but the first choice concerns me plus adsense revenue! building a site or network of blogs on adsense revenue does not seem profitable, plus using 1 account is a little risky as 1 member can destroy all the work done in a day. If you can cover these issues please let me know I already have lots of blogs i just have not promoted them yet. I would realy like to take part in this.

I am interested in the plan. I have a vast knowledge of technology, specifically software. I have been interested in making my very own blog for some time now, but a blog requires lots of time since you need to promote and write. I had enough time to write but not promote. My free time varies from time to time so I do now know how many articles I will be able to write so the only way to actually find out would be simply to go with the plan and see how many I end up writing.

When I was thinking about starting my own blog I had looked a little into promotion, so I know a little about promotion. I will try my very best to bring traffic to the blog.

Well there is one problem. I do not have an Adsense account and I make no intention of making one [Do not ask why]. I was wondering if it could be possible that you could directly pay me my share via PayPal. I feel that sharing 10% of all the revenue will be the best idea.

We can just use the 10% impression rule. You can use your own ads in that allocated 10% impressions for you. As for single account issue, I would like to hear your suggestions.

You can either use other networks (no contextual) for your 10% impressions or I can take up your impressions and pay you half of what I make from the site by Paypal. But I suggest you use affiliate ads or CB as I cannot give you access to my Adsense account for verification purposes.


A question I have is do you guys prefer 10% impressions or 10 revenue?

And we are talking about building 1 big blog, not a network.

I suggest we build a huge network not build 1 big blog cause in the network each member will have the same share revenue.

I agree with nozeup we should do a network this way if one does not workout it wont effect or delay the group

I think 1 big blog will be more worth. Not being arrogant, but creating a network is possible for a single person but I al asking for this JV coz a massive site needs more people. PM me your Yahoo. Anyone who wants to join plz PM your Yahoo. I wanna talk.

Idea is good but a fresh blog with 10 authors means it will take months for us to reach some decent price of 25$ per head. More over running site only based on adsense is not good as you might have seen in adsense forum lot of people complaining about banned account.

You got to have patience, this can turn BIG. We will be able to regularly have fresh content and if we can build a base, who knows? Are you interested or got any ideas. As for Adsense, using only I account can solve the problem.

really a good idea but as a same duties for all some may think we are doing our own
these are just suggestions what you think
give specific task to every of your team member
like
two ll work on writing
two on promoting / seo etc etc etc different tasks
assign a task who interested in it
i think this ll work better

Okay here is the update:-

Until now we have 3 official partners and 1 awaiting confirmation. We still need 6 more people. So, hurry. This is going to be great.

We need someone who can do handle the Promotions and SEO work on a regular basis. Also needs to do a few related posts.

We need someone who can make great WP themes and good at making Logo and Photoshop. He must also do some (less than writer members of-course) posts on the topics concerned.

If you specialize in anything else that you feel can be beneficial to the project let us know here. Infact, if you can develop good webapps and I mean good webapps, you may join us.

Also, now we need your suggestions about the domain name. Niche- SEO/Tech/Web Dev/PC

Hello, i am interested. I am a geek of all trades. Currently integrating over 4k web pages (3 sites) in content mangment system with database of users of over 50k for a friend.
