No payments from Clickbank since one month

Hi guys,

I need you help on this. I ve been a clickbank affilaite in Canada for a few months and have been receiving payment regularly but since the last one month clickbank has not paid me any commission, my report shows that its be deposited but the bank account does not show any credit from clickbank.

I written about 5 - 10 emails to them without a single response. Has anyone experienced this before ? How do I figure out my payments from them

sorry to hear that. i haven't experienced something like that but i just want to tell you that i have contacted them several times and they reply to me very fast. good luck

 

May be there is a delay ... the DD sent on 2009-09-30 was delayed by a week for me ... but the one sent 2009-10-07 came in as usual.

 

my clickbank direct deposit sent on September 23 amounting to 1226 plus which is my biggest weekly payment is yet to be received by me. i have contacted both cb and my bank and the problem is yet to be fixed. i am just tired that i do not know what to do.

 

My case is similar , where CBhas not replied..strange

people help, what should we people that have not received our clickbank payment do. i am sick and tired of this. how can i let 1226 dollars which amounts to more than 180,000 in my country currency go like that. please someone should find a solution for us.

It's unbelievable that such a big company like Clickbank is missing payments for affiliates. Some of my friends are also missing payments and has yet to receive payment from DD. Never happen before but wonder why Clickbank is having this problem now?

Hope they release an official news about this to clear up any misunderstanding soon.

I've the same problem here. I've yet to receive my direct deposit that was supposedly sent on October 14th. For the past one year, I always get it in my bank account by the next day. Now it's been a week and the money has not come in yet.

Any other folks having the same payment issue with Clickbank?

 

Me too, as initially quoted. I have been contacting them with no solution.

 

You mentioned your direct deposit sent on September 23 did not come in. What about subsequent payments? Did you get them?

 

Same problem here.
Payment on Oct 14 to my bank account at SG until today i haven't receive it yet.

 

What response have you gotten from Clickbank?

Clickbank seems to be dragging their feet on the late payments. I emailed them and called them. All they said was to wait a few more days to see if the payment will arrive, and that there is nothing they can do if they did not hear from my local bank that the payment was unsuccessful. I called my local bank and they have no records of any incoming payments from Clickbank or their serving bank, Wells Fargo.

Their accounting team then promised to ask their bank to trace the payment. Let's see if anything comes out of that.

This is Clickbank's mantra that is displayed prominently on their homepage "We've paid our clients on time, every time, for 10 years."

The way they are treating their affiliates absolutely runs counter to that.

They say my payment was sent via direct deposit on 10/14/2009, and if returned to clickbank will notified me and clickbank via email.

I think they mean they cannot do anything if the payment do not show that it has been returned to them.

I'm glad I found this thread. I'm also from Singapore and my payment sent on 14 Oct is delayed as well so it looks like there's possibly a big problem somewhere delaying all the payments. I've never had a delayed payment all these years. They come in within 2-3 days and sometimes even on the same or next day so I guess this must be something serious.

Incidentally, I received the same canned reply from Clickbank.

Actually if it's returned, I wouldn't be as worried. Now I worry that the people processing the payments screwed up and sent the money to someone else.

I guess affiliates are not their clients, only vendors are. Or are vendors facing the same problem as well?

 

Vendors are also affected.

One of my friend is a vendor himself and he too has not receive the DD dated 14-10-09.

In fact, my friend wrote an email to Clickbank pointing to this thread to let them know the seriousness of the problem at hand.

If Clickbank says they have pay, is Wells Fargo Bank having a problem then?

Can someone verify on this?
