Merchant Account Recommendations

From what I've read, none of them are all that good. I read where a good account will be aggressive with chargebacks and have very good communication. Like anything, I don't mind paying a touch more if I know I'm going to get good service -- and save myself money in the long term.

Right now, I'm leaning towards MonsterCommerce for my e-commerce provider and merchant account. I figure they have the most history and seem to be well respected on the web. Any feedback before I make the plunge?

This is a startup business selling PDA accessories. I hoping to get anywhere from 150-200 sales per month at $15-$20 per sale. (If I'm lucky!)

    TIA

One of the bigger complaints that I hear about MC is that when you complain your site is slow, they request around $700-$1,000 to either move you or speed up the server.

There prices for the merchant account are pretty good - about the normal.
