Focus only on 1 at the time
Grow it so it reaches a certain number of daily visitors or monthly income (your goal), then jump to something else.

This strategy worked best for me because i can focus on 1 thing at the time.
This can be design or programming or advertising but not everything together.

Ones you reached this goal for this site, make another (bigger) goal or if it was not worth it, start something else

Each site is a world in itself. For me, staying focused and on track is the key. How do I stay focused? Well, I attempt to stay organized. Right now I have a full time job and I am working on two sites and each day I have a list of what I need to do with each site. When I start working on my sites I get my list out and concentrate only on the tasks for that site and then I move to the second one. I don't find going back and forth between sites to be productive unless you are doing the exact same thing for each site such as having your sites submitted to directories.

It is better to inch forward then to just sit around and feel overwelmed! I know it is easy to feel that way in this business!

Hats off to those working on multiple sites!

Good Luck to one and all!:D

I am working on more than 10 but i am still learning new things. Once i am familiar with the methods, i think i will be able to manage them better :)

Currently delays and emotions effect the development a lot. But i have a full time job myself too although it does not have very strict deadlines..

And for seo purposes, i am working on on of them. As i said once i am familiar with the methods i will apply the same to the other sites quickly...

I personally work on 1 site……but it all comes down to how much time you have to available to spend……if you want to manage more sites, then outsourcing the work to freelancers is an good option…..which had worked for me:)

I have 2 batches of 5 sites, each with a blog attached. The pages ie the code for each 'batch' are the same, so I seo each page in each batch differently, find what works then copy that page accross that batch! It seems a good system, I am just crap with seo at the moment and cant find a real winner yet!!

Hey Kassi..you losing your mind yet? ;) I thought I was the only one with that many...thinking about pulling the trigger now and ending it (jk).

I've got about 30-40 on my plate. The guy that was here previously did absolutely nothing...now I'm drowning in work.
