Yes, proxy servers are the way to go. Look for: Anonymous Proxy Server .This will mask your IP address.

Indeed! The best way I could think of would be to use a Proxy site....But why would you want your IP covered, doing something bad are we?

you can use google's translator (language) tool to proxy sites. Just type the URL into the website translator and translate it into english. You will then be using google's proxy.

you can use relakks for an ip from sweden. its a vpn and you connect from the same ip in sweden all the time
