Local business results ratting dropped like a rock today.

Local business results ratting dropped like a rock today.

I had one of my customers call me today wondering why his Local business results dropped. He is #3 on the normal search for at least a year. He was also #3 on Local business results until a few days ago and now is just a dot. A week ago he asked me to run some marketing, so I.

I have made him a Twitter account (followed and returned all my other accounts and posted a few tweets) (even commented his site on my account)
I also made him a Myspace account. Added friends, added a ink in the mood, Posted a bulletin, and posted some comments. etc .
I also made him a Blogspot, Wordpress page and updated his merchant circle.
(the social/blog pages all have the same information in them (kind of like landing pages)
I don't think this would cause any problems.
I also submitted his site to dmoz just in case.

The only thing I'm not sure how it would effect .
I linked his social accounts on a links page. and the social /blog pages link back to his home page.

I heard that Google just recently changed something that may have effected all this.
I tried updating his Local Business Center Setting

any ideas he freaking out because that is where he get 90% of his business

His normal ratings are not effected only the map.
I am at a loss of what to tell the customer why it happened or what to do to fix it.

Thanks for any help or ideas..

I would be willing to review the website, evaluate it for important factors of SEO, and make recommendations to fix the problem that you described.

If you would like advice, I will need to more information.

    - What is the the domain name of the website?
    - What are the search terms that need to be improved?

I figured out what happened. So it might help others.
    2 things.

1st) On first website and error was made on the LBS but had not shown it self on the map or effected it yet or something.
"auto glass" instead of "window tinting" this is due to many website not having the correct classification and usually ending up using "auto glass" or "detailing"

2nd) days later I joined adsense and posted on 2nd site along with a header that gets posted on mutiple sites including site #1

adsense apparently locks down the settings made on local business results and changes in the LBC will not be active permanently or something.
within 1 hr of closing my account all went back to normal

google's adsense (advertising pay program) interfered witth googles LBC (local business Center)

What it did was after I signed up with adsense it would not let changes in LBC take effect.
I made the changes but it did not update on the maps LBS (Local business results). (for at least 5 days) normally it takes effect immediately
Local business results would not go back until I canceled the adsense program.

The really bad things is it does not depend on the adsense and local business center being on the same account
they were on 2 different accounts and were even on 2 different websites.

Man, thats pretty bad. You wouldn't think that should affect the SERP's. Very interesting.
