You may want to make that list clickable. Also, maybe filter based on DO FOLLOW and Page Rank. Other than that, nice list!

 

I don't see any reason to use any other ones that the top 5, they take up enough of my time.

 

40-50 top social bookmarking site I think is good enough plus some of them are non-english sites I think..

Don't go for the big list but provide few links that have quality and traffic.

 

Dont Go for the site's in the list .. only go for the big ones .. ..

Digg , Facebook , Twitter , Delicious , Google , Buzz , Reddit .. to name a few ..

I really wonder, Are you sure that 700 sites are working properly? At least 500 of them. I don't think so.

you can do quite well with just one or two I see no reason for even 10 let alone 700
