The website has two sources of income: escrows and ads. The potential buyer can either place and offer directly to the seller or use the website escrow service, from witch the admin profits. We are currently displaying ads from bidvertiser, and we are earning around $73 per month. Talking about technical details, you can see how the website looked like in the past in the way back machine. It has also a solid Alexa rank and solid back links and strong keywords. The medium value of the sales in 2009 (escrow and featured ads/bold/etc, net sales) was 340 per month. Last months the sales decreased a little because of the crisis, but the $73 per month are solid and can be even more!

The website is very easy to operate; the winning bidder(on the marketplace) just needs to update the email used on the escrow service to communicate between buyer and seller (usually the buyer transfers the money first to your account using paypal or wire transfer and then you send the money to the seller after the buyers has the website). Also, it is easy to change the ads code to yours.

The initial bid on SEDO is very low compared to the real value of the website, so we hope it sells around 1500 USD (950 on DP), but there is no reserve!! If you win for 400 we must sell for 400...but we hope to sell for more..thats why we are placing it there on SEDO and DP so it can be visible by lots of potential buyers... The place that buys first takes it.

That referes to the "signal payment", not full payment. Its how we operate in the website.

Sir, whats wrong with the escrow terms? This is how i usually operate INSIDE the website, since its a marketplace website, we offer a escrow service, the new owner can change whatever he/she wants. This has nothing to do with this sale.
