I've been using wordpress and am familiar with commonly used plugins, addons and scripts. However, I've never focused much on optimizing a blog. As I've never worked on a video blog before but now am working over a video blog namely TakesCare.com I have Yslow to see where the blog is lacking however, I'd like to listen to all your expert advices over which plugins to use and how to go over optimizing this blog to the level best. I am already using WP-Super-Cache and DB-reloaded.... needed advice on how to use wp-minify as well.
