Easy Logo for a School Team (10$ in Paypal / I'll Give Feedback)

I need a logo for my School Team

The name of it is "SYNERGY" and our slogan is "As One"

Something like that:

(did in Paint in 12 seconds =D)

Colour Scheme:

1- "Synergy" wrote in "Green".
2- "As One" could be wrote in any colour. But need to look good together with Green
3- "Background Colour" could be any colour, too, but need to look good together with the Name of the Team and with the Slogan


I want some professional looking banners please. But will keep my options open.
this is a contest and I will give the winner $10 via PayPal.

I'll give feedback to you guys, so the designers can re-do the logo using the tips!
