    whats the Best Code/Content Ratio as a Good SEO practice.......is there any tool to measure this ? :)

    that's not really a problem or a factor in rankings, google is smart enough to recognize ur content and filter the code, and if you use CSS then the code on your pages is already minimal.

    Right Now the Webpage Size is 208 KB

    If i can Get it to 100 KB Dont you think the site will be easily crawlable Because i have a flash and a few images

    I believe that is the important thing.
    208kb is not bad now days but slow connections may enjoy the 100KB.
    Through my Analytics they do not rate high enough for much consideration. Like 2% of all visitors are dialup to my site. This could be because of my niche though.
