Used to be, a toss up between concert music - late classical and romantic composers (Mozart and Beethoven, the Russian nationalist composers, on up to late 19th century composers' works) - and ancient "popular" music (I've a thing for ancient pilgrimage chants, pre-renaissance and renaissance folk and other secular music). Over the last year, the gypsy jazz fire has lit me up - I also play it, after having cold hands on the guitar for close to 35 years, and love it...that, and other forms of jazz, are all I find myself listening to (and playing) anymore. Though I imagine I'll find some balance again, and at some point return to my "old dead guys" music, as part of what I enjoy.
