Google not idexing after 301

It's been a week or two since I 301'd my old domain to my new domain. In that time, almost every indexed page on my old domain has been deleted, but none of the pages on my new domain have been indexed. How long does it usually take to get re-indexed again after a 301?

I 301 redirected a website to a new domain a while ago. It's a gamble and your new website might take a long, long time to show up.

is there any way to force a re-indexing of the site? Maybe re-submiting a sitemap?

I have the sitemaps already going and verified. I noticed that my old domain now has results in supplemental results. Should I try doing a re-inclusion request?

Maybe you should have tried cloning the site and once the other gets indexed do 301.
