    Hey,

    Im looking to sell www.entrepreneurstalk.com due to time constraints... I really like this website and it has taken me a long time to build it up to this stage. I am looking for a quick sale, payment via paypal. The site design cost me $60 alone and a lot of mods installed.

    Revenue could be gained via VIP Memberships (Executive Members) who pay $10 to have access to special forums. Also Google ads could be integrated. I haven't really focused on monetizing it at the minute just building a good community. Definitly a potential goldmine, in the few months that it has been up I have made around $80. Thanks and hope this site goes to a good home.

    I was too late for this one. I really, really wanted this one for such a good price because it would have been PERFECT compliment to my entrepreneur-home business site http://www.home-business-match.com
    If anyone has a similiar site for sale please let me know.

    Update: Future buyers beware. Dont trust this ScottyTee guy. I posted to buy the site to which he agreed (as you can see above), but he sold the site to someone else. So beware of wasting your time.

    No very incorrect... as you can see above "smiley" indicated interest in the website for sale, I said okay... email me so we can complete the sale and exchange paypal addresses etc. That very minute I recieve an email with someone expressing interest in the forum, I guess its this guy "smiley" and go ahead and complete the sale with him. As you can see I even gave that guy "smiley" good feedback thinking it was him I completed the sale with.. only to get all this saying I am a scam artist... how can I have scammed "smiley" if in fact I didnt complete the sale with him but another guy and not recieve any money from "smiley"... so mate just make sure you actually do email me when you say you are going to... and also not make a big fuss over nothing.

    I was the person who ended up purchasing this site, so I'd like to give some information here;

    ScottyTee's original post said "Email me at: s.taylor.10 [at] gmail dot com"

    I was interested, so I sent an email to him. When I checked this thread again I saw that 'Smiley' had posted here saying he wished to purchase it. I then checked my email, and had a reply from ScottyTee giving his Paypal details. I promptly paid him, and emailed confirmation to him.

    We then completed the transaction successfully. Sine then I have had to contact ScottyTee to get some further assistance, and he has been prompt and helpful with his replies.

    So all I can say to you Smiley, is this.....when bidding on a site for sale here, read the sellers instructions. If they tell you to email them, email them (like I did). And if you miss out on a site which you really wanted, don't bitch and complain, just move along and try harder next time.

    This has happened to me before on DP.

    I even sent a guy $1400 for his site only to have it returned less paypal fees, because someone else paid 3 minutes before me and the guy said in his post "first to pay gets it,send money to mysiteatpaypal.com

    Sometimes it happens you just have to be faster on the button.
