    anybody know what happen to instant-deploy.com?
    he dont seems to answer support tickets for more than 2 days now and is not on MSN or AIM either. instant-deploy.com is closing down ??

    Have you tried calling them ? They have a phone number listed on the homepage.

    Also, do take backups of your website immediately, incase they do close down.

    Are you sure that you can't get access to them?Have you tried all the means you can use inclding calling
    them? Do not forget to check your e-mail or other contact you leave to them.Maybe they have sent some
    notice to you for letting you know what happened.Or you can pay attention to their website to see whether
    any notice has been posted.

    i belive we still in bussines from what i remember , and i pretty sure that your ticket it is answered aleardy or depends on request some requests can be done only admin delegate to current departament issue.

    we aleardy moving a lot of our customers to new servers and we are working to new support sistem which can take us all of the time , if MSN/Ym is not available that does not mean we gone away, thank you for your understanding and try contact us to email first before open a forum , also when you call leave a msg and phone number for us to call back.

    I think we can't trust them, because again they don't answer multiple support tickets.

    I have urgent different issue (including the domain transfer/renewal loss) and I requested refunds from them, wating ...

    by doing more tickets for same problem we only delay your support answer , we do not like people to abuse of our support sistem , each ticket will be answer but not multiple will be closed witout answer .

    I posted multiple tickets on different problems with you not on the same topic
    "we do not like people to abuse of our support sistem" :confused:- we are your customers and we are worry and many problems need to be resolved immediately, that's natural when you don't answer on tickets for a long time, users think you are in trouble and if you want to be great and stay long in business you must respect your customers and help them very quickly, you are in service business !

    Give the attention to your customer and make them happy and you will be in gold !

    NO need to be so harsh I-D.
    I understand you were busy, but client might have submitted multiple tickets because he was tensed or worried. Think from clients perspective.

    Just merge or delete duplicate tickets and train the client about your support system and inform them there is no need to create multiple tickets for same issues. Tell him that he is as important to you as any other client and his issue will be resolved with utmost importance.

    Any Support team must be quick and always polite to every customer. Other way it's not business-like but just childish behavior.

    Yes i belive the same as long is a support ticket , by do billing tickets to support departament will delay the others to get the answer,anyway let's leave this off because customer will get' he's answer monday when billing is available.

    YOU SHOULD BE ASHAME !!! i have ordered more than 20 domains in there, most of them are starting to be cancceled, .ro domains are not activated not even after 2 bloody weeks.
    i had started in making paypal claims and you started cancelling my domains haha...
    all domains that you cancel i activate directly from you registrar, "PDR".
    and now, you have closed my whmcs account HAHA.. with tickets unanswered within weeks..
    as you know i want ALL my money back.

    we did not closed you anything and your account is suspended due as fraud risk , romanian people will be always a fraud to our company . anyway you have 30 tickets for same problem which one to solve first?

    and sure you exactly take it with PDR :) , have fun , we will solve this do not worry.

    sure i have 30 tickets for 2-3 issues because NONE of them had been fixed.
    yes you suspended my account cuz i opened 9 claims in paypal.

    i gaved you 24h to activate my domains and i was assured that will be activated but no..
    4 domains had expired after 1 month..

    you rasist .. i payd all on time and no sayd anything at the beginning..

    i cancel claims and you activate them? or i let claims as is?

    by keeping the claims open will do nothing more to your situation , so yes we sugest you close them and require a real refund if you whant one , also provide a phone number where one of our company staff may call you and solve the problem you have.

    you made paypal disputes in the past , did we not refunded you?

    because from what i remember we refunded you and you paid back again in order not to lost the money , isn't this true?
