Scranton, PA = Burst? I didn't know burst is now offering nahalem. A few weeks ago they told a friend of mine that they don't offer it yet.
Our nahalems are at hivelocity and we colocate everything. Our linux vps's are put on the hivelocity network and the burstnet network on our colocated servers, We have racks with remote reboots and kvm. We do this for geographical reasons incase one datacenter would be to have an outage. Our California node is coming soon!
You can have any os that we have in stock, we have centos 5.3 , fedora 10, ubuntu 7.10 , 8.04, 8.10 and debain 5x, But i recommend centos 5.3
