    Hi, putting up for sale is www.airfarestomelbourne.com. This domain is developed with a 1 page site just for the purpose to get the domain goes live in search engine, this site is only live for 1 month.

    This domain is purchased based on the research done through adword keyword tool which has a global search volume of 8100 and CPC USD1.99 for keyword "airfares to melbourne" and search volume of 1300 and CPC USD1.78 for keyword "air fares to melbourne".

    The search ranking with keyword "airfares to melbourne" is currently at the 7th position in google search result and 15th position in yahoo, keyword "air fares to melbourne" is at 2nd position in google and 9th in yahoo. The SERP position is estimated to climb up in the future if the site is optimized with its keyword and relevant link building is performed.

    Along with the domain and the site, i will be attach together with 30 high PR site(PR6+) so that you can put your link on (it is dofollow). Also, this site is already linked from 20+ high PR site (PR6+) which i have done it in weeks ago.

    This site is put for sale at starting bid USD50, bid increment USD5 and BIN USD100. The bidding will be closed in 1 week time.

    Hi Itsallwhite, as you could probably get to know that this domain/site is still new, and the traffic is actually low as well as the earning.....just to addon on the SERP ranking, it is actually 2 days ago when it started to hit in the first page on google, initially when it was just developed, it was floating in the 3rd and 4th page of google search result with that keywords.
    With such search amount and CPC, i can easily earn this amount in the coming weeks, but this is not my passion in earning from the site, i like building site with my interest in researching keyword, doing some SEO work, building links and see the SERP moving on, and earning by selling it off. I will not put the site for sale until i see the SERP is in the first page of google.
