Hello. My name is Jack Wakefield. I am the current owner of a new and exciting project I started called ForumHype.com. At ForumHype.com we offer paid forum services at unique prices.

I am selling the site because I am leaving the webmaster world. I have my GCSE's coming up soon and they will determine what I can do for the rest of my life so they are my priority.

In total we have mode $217 revenue in around 2 weeks.

We have receive a total of 318 unqiue hits.

This site can make alot of money, even if you do not put all of your spare time into this, it could generate at least $300 a month. In around 5 months time I expect the site would be making around $1000-2000 a month.

We have a list of MSN contacts who work for us at the moment and you will be given access to the MSN account. We run all of the posting jobs through MSN, simply asking people if they want the job. If they do you say how may posts, how many topics and what price you will pay. We then pay the person at the end of the job after he has shown us his profile link.
We pay $0.09-$0.12 depending on the package they are posting.

I will transfer the site to your FTP and transfer the domain etc as soon as you have transfered the money to my paypal account.

I will then tell you what emails to setup and which is the paypal email address etc.

Starting Bid for the site is $300.

I will sell the site for a BIN price of $800.

Thanks for taking your time to view this topic.

    Kind regards,
    Jack Wakefield

your site has a Paypal verified seal but you aren't even a verified paypal user.

That's funny :D Why would you do something like that?

    Updated.

Please don't post these things if you are not interested in the sale. There is a PM and email system for a reason.

Is the reason to keep people from seeing the type of shady character you are when you do things like that?

Then I was wrong and my apologies.

I stated that because usually when sellers want to take everything to PMs it's because they have something to hide.

Appears not to be the case here.

Still no clue as to how this makes revenue

Are you selling packages of services to one group??? and hiring another at a muc lower rate to fulfill the service??

    Right, let me explain.

Let's say a forum pays for the Standard Package.

They email us what time they want it to be done in, what there forum URL is etc.

We then ask people we have hired on MSN if they want to do the whole 265 posts.

265 x $0.10 = $26.50. We pay the people who we have hired $26.50 once they have done the job. We receive $47.50 from the person who pays for the package, which is the rough price everyone charges. $47.50(the price we receive) - $26.50(the price we charge the people who post) = $11.00 revenue.

i may be interested however i would to clarify the reasons your selling. your taking your gcses? which were last july. meaning your 14/15 starting your gcse course? reason im trying to bring age into the equation is that im sure i have read that selling sites under 18 is illegal but if someone could confirm or disregard that than i would be interested.

also whats your profits for the 2 weeks?

Correct, I am 14. Please do not regard the quality of the site or services by my age though :).

I have sold over 10 sites, ranging from 100-1000 USD and I have had no previous trouble. I have not heard of this before so I do not know if it is true or not.

As it stats in the first post, $217 in the 2 weeks so far.

Isn't 47.5-26.5 = 21$ profit? Kind of scares me that you don't know your profit per customer ;)

But more importantly do we get your msn contacts w/ this sale? How many people do you have working for you... Is there any guarantee they'll stay on after you leave?
