how do i get back into Google

zA couple of days ago, i noticed that our agency's main website (www.yeshtours.co.il) had disappeared from Google results.
We used to rate among the first 3 results for many keywords related to our field of work.

As i checked googles webmasters tools, i was informed that one of the pages had violated Googles guidelines and i should fix it and resubmit it.
I immediately did it, hoping to get back into the game asap.
in my resubmission request, i explained that our site had been hacked (we suspect an ex employee) about 2 weeks ago and many things have changed in it.

i've done everything imaginable (and unimaginable) trying to get the pages indexed again as fast as possible, but still nothing!
I'd hate to have to wait those 30 days till i get their reply.
During this time, our office is spending much much much more Adwords (high $$$/day) in order to compensate, but it still not the same.

    What would you guys suggest?
I am willing to listen to any quality tip you might have.

For the moment, except for correcting and checking for possible violations, i am working hard on linking it to quality and important websites on the local web, outside our network of websites. Do you think it might help?

    thx in advance

I think you've done what you can. You're just going to have to wait for Google to get back to you....I know their support is painfully slow, but that might be your only option at this point. As long as you've corrected the errors on your website i'm sure that your site will be indexed again soon.

Building links from quality (and relevant) sites is always a good thing and you should be doing it even after your site gets indexed again.

Hope things turn around for you soon.

i owned a web directory and like your case that was dropped searchs from Google,
all you can do is switch a new domain and redirect,
and my case is i got a new pagerank for the same content and traffic has come back form Google. ;)

i thought of doing it, but it might be a bit problematic.
This one has been up for several years already and it gets a couple of hundreds of direct visits every day.
It also has several thousands of backlinks which we've built during the time.
it would be a shame to throw it all out the window.

at least i'm pleased i wasn't the only one to think of this, it now sounds less crazy ;)

    Some suggestions.

    1. Try to optimize more
    2. use advertising so people search more your website, they click on it.
    3. Put your website in your friend's popular website, it might also help you in attracting more traffic.

But more important thing is, does your website even shows in the index? if not, then all above steps will not work at all.

I think it will take some more time before your website will be indexed and back on google.
Try to get some more backlinks and if possible use some SEO tools like webceo or IBP.

Once penalized from Google then getting back is very difficult.. and also less chance to rank well.. So better is drop the domain and start new without any violation...

that's what i thought as well, but strangely about a year ago more or a less yeshtours site had a similar issue and disappeared from google search results.
it came back on after a couple of days and after a couple of weeks it was even "stronger"

I think you have done enough.
    You should now wait.
Alternatively, you can delete the whole site profile from GWT including sitemap and resubmit it again in a few days.

I would strongly suggest you stop doing that. If need to, call Google and talk to them. Mean while you should continue with quality link building. As you site has been alerted, you should do slow but consistent link building. No text link purchase please :)

Better contact them though phone than just mailing them. It is very likely that your email get ignored.

I think all you can do now is play the waiting game to see what happens. I doubt you'll be able to reach Google by phone. They're not in the business of helping people get listed. I think you need to wait.

I think as soon as Google "naturally" views your site as within terms it will bump you back where you belong.

Aslam, thx for the tip about social bookmarking.

Just wanted to let u guys know that there is still nothing new. we're still out of the Cache.

On another forum, someone suggested that as our site was built & maintained by another company (amadeus/ab2c) and our website is probably the "strongest' one and given the fact that all are hosted on the same IP (didn't know that before), google might consider us a the leader of this websites network and ban us due to very resembling websites, same IP... yada yada yada...

    what do you think?
