This site is picking up traffic very rapidly by itself, and takes minimal management. Most of the simple work's already been done, and now basically sitting back & collecting $200+ monthly.

I've had adsense on it for a year now and haven't had trouble.

But you can always use adbrite, clicksor, or bidvertiser.
