    To me this seems too good to be true. They do have a support email and also an email to their Vice President, have you tried contacting them?

    I think our forums can fit into their $4.99 plan. That would certainly be a great money saver :) . Maybe Shawn can give it some consideration.

    Funforums Lost my reseller account - Second time and I would be a fool....
    I wont waste my money again on shotty server and slow servers.

    My reseller account is also suspended with Nolimitserver. This means that
    they haven't paid their bills and their host has suspended them, causing all
    their customers to be suspened.

    I've gone through 10 different Reseller sellers in the last year here on DP
    spending anything from 20.00/yr to 600/yr. In my experience with buying
    Reseller hosting from anyone on DP - you're throwing your money away.

    No one owns their own server and they are all buying from someone else
    one missed bill payment and all your account are completely gone. Save
    your money and buy yourself a Dedicated Server, which is what I will be
    doing now.

    Yup My Mate Ur True .... If u have Some Money Go For a Cheap Dedicated Server .... Even i Use Dedicated Server for My 4-6 Small Webs .... AVG Load is 0.08 Some Times :)

    Is important to make a weekly backup..
    In my server, the backups run every week end all customers can download the own backup.

    Is also important to see the system information of the load.. so people can be think if the server are loading, overloading or run great.

    In my Service, i always let know all happens in the server

    You do only wait the replyes of the own of server, you can't do other action for now.
    Exept, move your site in an other server and advice all your customer that have many problem with server..
